feat: add GitLab CI pipeline for multi-service Docker build 
Build all 5 iloom services (gateway, auth, purchaser, textile, washing)
as Docker images and push to Harbor registry.
- main branch: tagged as main-<sha>
- git tag v*: tagged with version number
